Our son's birth was a funny story, so I'll share a little bit about it. I gained 85 pounds when I was pregnant, so obviously, towards the end of the pregnancy, I was miserable. I slept sitting up on the couch for the last 2-3 weeks, because I couldn't sleep any other way. I walked 2 miles every day for the last 2 weeks trying to enduce labor.
So, one night, my husband came home from work. It was about 10:30pm. He walked in the door and asked me how I was feeling. I told him that I was completely miserable. So, he looked at my belly and said "Son, it's time to come out now." Immediately after, I stood up to go to the restroom, and my water broke!
We laugh at that story, because we say it was the first time our son listened to his father LOL. He was born less than 12 hours later and was a healthy 9 pound baby boy.

Mmm. Well, I was apparently born right before a big snowstorm. I guess my mom got to the hospital just before the weather got really bad. :) Good for her!

I was born in a hospital. But my younger siblings were all born at home, with the assistance of a midwife!

Mine was an awful experienced, my water broke in a parking lot 7 weeks early and I never did get to eat my dinner.

I delivered my first by myself in the hospital, second had a home birth with a Dr, next two were c-sections.

I was just born in a hospital, all was normal. All 3 of my kids were also born in hospitals, 1st I was in labor with for 29 hours and eventually he had to be sucked out by a vacuum. Second one was much better, I was induced so he'd be smaller and I was in labor for about 6 hours. 3rd one was another induction, and took a little longer about 9 hours.
