I've had a few people make comments on my OOB (Out of Bounds) photo here on Gather:
I learned how to do this on Wetcanvas, an artists community website that also has a photo section. Here is the thread that I found the technique:
And, here is the link to the tutorial I used. I used it with Gimp and it worked pretty well with it, just missing one little thing, which I was able to work around.
When you reached this page, which is on Flickr, the tutorial is set out like a slide show. You can click on the first one and use the slideshow on the right side to click through each set.

I totally LOVE having fun with photos and this
looks like something I'll really enjoy doing!

I see you are in CA. I used to live in Stockton, graduated from high school out there. I remember some hot days out there! But I sure liked it! :)
