Hiking in the Forest and Mountains

One of my favorite things to do is to hike in the Forests and Mountains taking nature pictures.

We love to go hiking and see wildlife and the beautiful scenery all around.

My son and I have really good bonding time and he learns how to survive in nature.

We have had some pretty exciting adventures in the hills of West Virginia.

Here are a couple pictures that we have taken on the trails.

These are just a few examples of our adventures.

When we took this bottom picture it was getting dark in the Forest outside of cranberry glades. As we were taking this we were surrounded by packs of coyotes and they started howling and barking.

My son was freaking out, but I wasn't worried at all......:)

Needless to say we were glad to get back to our vehicle.

Lovely photos, Forest. My favorite is the bottom one with the fog. I'm surprised about the coyotes because they are usually very shy of people.

Thank you for the virtual hike. I am really missing the woods. We live right next to a state park and this weekend, we're going hiking there. I really want to go to the mountains, but there's hardly enough gas to get back and forth to work.
