photoshop as an art form

I used to spend hours in the darkroom, getting rather high off the fixer, and later realizing that I'd lost a large chunk of field time stuck in this tiny cubicle. The digital arts has given me the freedom and time to create, extract, compose, and decompose both indoors and out. I use photoshop with add-on filters, including freebies I've pulled off the internet.

One of my favorite subjects is my dog Sweetpea who never tires of posing. She really wants to be a pin-up girl. And she may just make it. I've also played with montage's and mixed media that have given me very interesting results.

Some of my favorite photoshop tools are layers, the eraser tool, the clone tool, and burning and dodging. I've put up several images as illustrations of how I use photoshop. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them. fileId:3096224744134843;size:inter;

I don't have Photoshop, but I have Corel Photopaint, and don't even really know how to use it. I love to draw, so I use the draw portion, but would love to learn photopaint.

I love PhotoShop. I have it on my old computer, but on my new it will not load. I need to check the website and see if there is an update for Windows Vista. You've got some great photos. Keep posting! Blessings!!!

i wish I could take a class from you, I can not figured out how to use the layers and other cool tools. I want to be able to do a Black and white picture and have a spot of color. I also like to change the color of an object. I have brought a couple book, need to sit down and read them. I learn better if someone can show me.

mariel I just bough a book called photo shop elements for dummies for my daughter its really pretty good to help you understand it, those gather gift cards come in hand lol
