Before I show you these pictures I first of all want to say that my Seven and a half month old son loves taking his diaper off. He learned how to take it off and if he doesn't have pants on he will take it off.
In my area we had a few really hot and sticky days so I just dressed my son in a onzie to keep him cool. When I layed him down in the playpen he was fully dressed when I went to check on him an hour later this is what I found.................... 
I found him with his butt in the air and holding on to his play mat that is attached to the play pen. Sound asleep
I had to grab my camera and share!
