Fourth of July Photo Essay of Party

Yesterday we had a party at our house.  Some folks we invited and some invited others and some invited themselves.  Two families invited did not make it.  One called that two of them were down with some kind of flu.  The other never showed and calling got no results.   But the rest had a terrific fun time.  We had  13 kids and 14 adults.

My grandkids helped me prepare for the party, setting up tables, fixing food and decorating.  Getting ready for a water balloon fight.

The guys cooked on the BBQ grill, 

  The food is meat is cooked and salads, chips and desserts abound, folks sit down and have some good food and conversation and fill their plates more than once.  We had Trout, Hamburgers, Hotdogs,  Buffalo hump and ribs, Macaroni and Potato salads,

  Everyone is enjoying the good food

Chocolate cake, Apple and Berry pies, chips and Taco salad.  Lots of drinks, Gatorade, home made lemonade,  Beer and sodas. 

Next we had a water fight with water guns and balloons along with some using the water hose 

After the water fight folks came up to dry out and enjoy Karoke singing,

Dan and Amaryah and I take turns singing more Karaoke per request the rest of the evening.

Me and my daughter sing Goodnight Sweetheart it's time to go as folks gather containers, coolers and kids at 11;30 p.m

With calls of goodnight and let's do it again next year.

We had a terrific time.  But two days later I am still wore out from it all
