I just added your highly recommended volume to my wishlist so when I get up to the minimum for the free shipping, I'll have it sent out. My trusted manservant, Elwell, shall pick up the parcel at the station for me and deliver it to my posh study, (lined with oak bookshelves and deeply tufted leather chairs) , where I shall select suitable background music to accompany my perusal of the gifts of your Muse as filtered through your own luminous and innumerable talents.
Barring all that, I'll order the book in the next few days and look forward to it arriving in my real world.
BTW - I can't have your starvation on my conscience, being a tender hearted fellow. So if you wish, I can mail you a PB & J sandwich, or perhaps a potato. Shall I ?

Goodness, I know I am pitiful and shameless but I do not expect anyone to buy anything but even to take a look would be cool - someone here told me the cover was awful and if you click it on, I think its pretty cool.

Julian *cracking up here* I am Irish the potato is fine although the PB&J is my usual and gosh . . . I am gaining weight, I swear I am.

laughing now - Thom there are like 3 links up there and you can use your points too - well, those that live in the U.S (sheesh) so its kinda free.

Candace! There you are! Finally! Gosh thank you so much!

You guys are amazing . . . I am so proud of all of you.

Please if anyone has something like this, point it my way, I am trying to bring real art into my home and have been successful so far just from you guys here!

And if anyone has ANY book/art/photo promotions they can do that in Poetica PLEASE. I want to SEE one of us get out there and make it.

Susan it was fine but I guess I am from the old school where everything rhymes. I am going to read more and more of your style of poetry so I can learn to appreciate it. Some of us just need more exposure. I respect the heck out of you courage to tackle the new though. I hope you understand I don't mean anything bad but it takes courage to admit I am an old fuddy duddy too.

Margaret - trust me, when I first started writing everything rhymed and sometimes if I do a long stream of writing it rhymes, whatever pops out of my fingers is what is on the page. *smiling here* NO I appreciate your comment and your suggestions and opinion, as a matter of fact - I write all kinds of ways, I cannot explain it. Thank you so much for visiting here. There is nothing fuddy duddy about you silly - tis all in the eye of the beholder, we all respect art in so many manners.

An interesting pooem, Susan. I have to admit, I'm not quite too sure what some of it means. What is the "mast" that was snapped in two? Or should I not ask you to explain your imagery/allegory? It's just that when one reads something printed, one doesn't have the opportunity to ask the author what was meant.
