Knowledge is a Wonderful Gift

Dear Gather readers,

After reading many posts that deal with human interest, it became clear that there is something I should share you.  My life of 74 years, has given me the opportunity to sort out a lot of information.  Much of it was just meaningless words but with a fine ear, I always had an interest in learning the Truth about any topic.

The topic I bring to your attention is our conception and beliefs in God.  I believe, for each of us, we have many different views of the God we have been taught to believe in.  If you are of a Judaic, Christian, or Islamic faith, your vews will, in fact, be very different from each other.  What I wish to convey to you is an unknown acceptance by many believers that we all pray to the same God who is announced in temples, churches, and mosques.

I do not believe in preaching to you about any particular belief system but I do wish to share knowledge with you.  If you have the curiosity to know how did man first came to conceive God and how that God has had a profound influence on the development of the Judaic, Christian, and Islamic religions - then pursue the path of knowledge.
