Sweetie, if I run across a copy at the local used bookstores I'll pick it up for you. You need a copy you can keep :-) I got mine a couple years ago at the neighborhood used bookstore for $3!

Thanks Len! Now, about the book, I think you would actually enJOY it! It is filled with tales o' the storytellers of old, legends, myths, and stories, all broken down into understanding of getting back to our wild woman selves.

As an adjunct to the book, try listening to "Skeleton Woman: Flesh & Bone." It is old, but still can be found on most music sites. it is the most amazing music to accompany the myth of Skeleton Woman in the book. It is music that reaches deep and grabs you by the soul.

I'm a day late but I'm here! Books have always been a very important part of my life and I think you did a great job with this one. I remember reading that book many years ago but need to find another copy to reread it now that I have some age and hopefully, wisdom, under my belt.

I read the book repeatedly, to glean the wisdom from the pages, the wisdom that I seem to lack, lessons that need to be relearned I s'pose.

My favorite Cantadora...I do love that book and just found another of her works at the Goodwill. A book on tape called In The House of The Riddle Mother. I can't wait to listen to it.

Karen, I've never listened to an audio book but I bet that one would be great to listen to. I saw that she has several in audio that sound quite interesting. I hope you let us know how this one is!
