Although far from Washington, DC, this book is part of the Capital Crimes series of novels, this daughter of a president, turned author has written.
I picked this up in a thrift shop having already read three or four of the other books in the series.
I did finish it, but wasn't thrilled by either the story, the writing or the characters.
Set in Cuba, the physical setting was cliché and boring. This was true about most of the characters - very two dimensional - flat.
I've enjoyed her other books, just not this one.
If you like the genre, it might be fun, but I really can't recommend it very highly.
