Unbearable pain
Life goes on

Thanks to you to david ... though I'm not sure what that means. Look at my icon; you can tell I'm a little slow :)
Keep posting the same quality contents!
There is an interesting verse in the Bible.
Eccl 7:13 Consider the work of God, For who is able to straighten what He has bent?
God is creating a work of art in each of us. Being bent is painful.
I have a daughter that was hit by a car at 13 and has some brain damage. She did get married and had 4 children; is now divorced & children mostly grown. She is different but knows her limitations. She and I were talking on the phone about the comfort and faithfulness of God and we both said we would not change anything about our lives in spite of the tears. We both feel that we are just where we should be. But we are certainly not the same as before we were bent :) Anyway ... that's what it meant to me.

Thank you for your poem and for the beautiful background information! It makes your words even more poignant. May the Lord continue to bless you and your family even if it means bending and stretching.

Thank you Cassandra. Yours was a good thought too. You were just bent a different direction :)
