Gather Guides: Forklore Part 3

The Gather Guides received a letter invitation to a picnic celebrating their vacation
They of course assumed it was indoors, since it was being held in International Falls
Although it was February everyone was outside and the cold no one seemed to mind
Faith gave a talk about regular exercise and healthy eating habits for those owning rabbits
And then the party began with the barbecue grills cooking foods as the orders came in
Priscilla told the Gather Guides, 'we'll cook foods of phantom groups of adult content'
And Lisa B said, 'If you give a mouse a cookie...' and before her sentence was ended
Toni V said, 'I like the bold yellow on the birds' and Cristina said, 'it's interesting texture'

Marie J R then decided to give her two cents, 'It's very scary but well done my friends'
And Susan L said, 'It's interesting and well done' and Wiaka said, 'It's lost and medium'
And June B said, 'I like the twist at the end' and Ann J said , 'I love old photos skinned'
The gather Guides began to feel dismayed, but Bonnie S said, 'You ate it twice in one day'
And Barbara L said, 'May we have another clue please for the food that we'll soon eat'
The Gather Guides had lost their appetite and someone said, 'Lynn A sent a porcupine'
And someone said, 'Is porcupine fruit' and they all gathered round not sure to take a look
Then Renda said, 'I prefer to kayak, but can't get over the grass' and all said, 'It's a fact'

The Gather Guides quietly walked away and quite by accident bumped into Lynn A
Who said 'A phase here on Gather is trying to kill everyone off because we've had enough'
But at that moment Wilma And Sheila H showed up and said, 'Let's go on a turkey hunt'
And then ChrisJerri, two people speaking as if they were one said, 'Please just come along'
They said, 'I think you'd all enjoy a hot bath with candles and a delicious aphids snack'
The Gather Guides had heard way more than enough and hurriedly ran  to catch a bus
So what happened at that picnic no one can say, but they were relieved to be on their way

To see Elizabeth, also known as Bob, who really liked cranberries and had a tame nice dog
She greeted their arrival in the pale moonlight, then for dinner gave them only vegemite
Dinner was not what they'd expected, but was better than the picnic food they rejected
Before bedtime in the pale moon fog, she told them, 'tomorrow we'll visit a cranberry bog'
Well after a nice breakfast she gave them T-shirts with numbers and said. 'we are rumblers And we'll show those Aussies a thing or two and send them back Down Under feeling blue'
Soon they found they were in a mud wrestling match with Magi's crew and they all gasped
Well I won't say what happened, if yer askin', but the Gather Guides felt some satisfaction

Their next stop was to see Pepsie, who said, 'You're not poopheads and I am pleased'
She instructed them in her business. Of delivering doggy bags to not ordinary citizens
And they learnt scooping techniques and some made a few early morning deliveries
They were all glad to find a gather member quite sane and felt glad boarding the plane
And there next stop was to visit Rita B, who said a good time was her specialty
They found her learning how to fly a UFO she had found for fast trips into town
She said, 'I poked around until I found out how everything worked and saved it all in Word'
So they flew around as she put cellphones on her bull's ears and thought this not weird
