Notes Of Hope (Haiku)

This morning as I sang with the choir at church I noticed people visibly absorbing our music as it raised their sprits and gave them hope.  Our song was “More Precious Than Silver/I Stand in Awe”. It was well below zero outside but in the sanctuary there was the warmth of God's love.

 

 

Notes of Hope

 

Warm notes were lifted

Raising our spirits and hopes

On this winter day.

Wow this another beautiful haiku Audrey, I used to attend congress hall the salvation armys massive service complete with full world class band and ten thousand voices,I would leave buzzing for a week, but as your lovely haiku describes,the music is absorbed anywhere,thank you for taking me to your warm little service,in so few words,
