Although abundant love gifted from my folks, friends, colleagues, neighbors, pupils and others may be too. I owe this Valentine to_____?______.
Born through a mother,
Love tied to her love,
No comparison can untie,
For the love, she ties forever!
A lot is said and written about a mother’s unconditional love.
She is the one and the only unique personality,
Enduring every quality with any circumstances;
Yet, her love for her child and dear ones remains untouched.
This poem although dedicated to my Indian Ma,
Today, as MY VALENTINE I dedicate this poem to all the MOMS on this planet.
HAPPY VALENTINE MOMS!

Theme: Mother
Ma, your love for us was incomparable,
Even love that exists in all parable.
Your caring and protection upon us without distinguish,
Your title as `Wife`; as `Mother` didn’t extinguish.
Ready were you always to stretch a helping hand,
May it be he or she from any land?
It was almost, for the meek a little heal,
No Wonder! “Mother of World” was your seal.
In return, you never cared for even a penny,
Leaving you so humble and simple among the many.
All whom you knew, knew you as well,
Kindness and generosity in your heart did dwell.
We did know, you never loved to be alone,
Preferred your dear ones around.
But then, out of the blue came the time forth
When day became the night for …
Left all alone and helpless,
You fell to ground was mysterious.
Leaving you quite bereft of speech,
In the darkest world you went in search...
Why must it happen? – It perceives,
The giver doesn’t receive.
There was none at the time – to help,
Besides being, being yourself.
Perhaps the End knew your time,
Blocked the way for anyone to come.
Leaving us improbable and in dismay,
Yet, you held your breath for all festive day.
To be among your loved ones for one last year,
For you knew, you won’t be amongst us the next years.
You reacted for the words we spoke,
Your gesture with eyelids wasn’t a joke.
The tears rolled down your cheeks – conveyed
You were prepared to farewell your residence Earth,
Leaving us in agony, you gave up your last breath.
Dedicated to my dearest Ma, May her soul rest in peace for Eternity!

Your words apply exactly to my Mom and her circumstances. So I treasure your words all the more. I know that you will never forget her. I join in your wishes fully. Indian mom hey. Hmmm. They're special aren't they.
It's indeed a beautiful tribute to our beloved mother. I wonder how you gathered the information although you were not present during mum's last days. The words and syntax you have used are very appropriate.
I`m very glad to see you here in Gather.
Well, Mom often expressed her feelings on the phone where I got to learn the depression she was undergoing , moreover, the descriptions our folks gave me during Mom`s crises, helped me to picturize & creat those moments in my poem to our beloved Mom.
Have a great day Tony!
