Connie's Beef Tacos

Yield: 12 Tacos

1 lb Lean ground beef
2 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Prepared chunky salsa
11 oz Canned whole kernel corn drained
12 ea Taco shells
Garnish:
Taco sauce
Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Thinly sliced lettuce
Chopped onions
Sliced ripe olives
Chopped tomatoes

Heat oven to 350 deg-F.
Brown ground beef over med-heat 8-10 mins. until beef is breaking up into 3/4" crumbles.
Pour off drippings then season beef with cumin, chili powder & salt.
Stir in salsa & corn then heat through.
Meanwhile heat taco shells according to package directions.
Spoon approx. 1/3 cup beef mixture into each taco shell then garnish as desired.
