This is a wonderful sauce for diabetics or for those on low carb diets.
Serve over sugar free ice cream or low carb ice cream
Sugar and Carbohydrate Free Praline Sauce
¼ cup butter
¼ cup pecans, toasted and chopped small
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar Twin Sweetener
1 tablespoon Splenda Sweetener
1 tablespoon Splenda Sweetener
¼ Cup heavy Whipping Cream
combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium low heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and continue to boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool until just warm. If not using immediately refrigerate covered.
The sauce can be reheated by, placing in a microwave safe bowl and heat on low just until room temperature stopping and stirring every 10 seconds. Do not overheat or heat on high or the sauce will separate. If it does separate, let cool a bit and beat with a fork until it is re-incorporates and becomes creamy again.

Wanting something is not enough. You must hunger for it. Your motivation must be absolutely compelling in order to overcome the obstacles that will invariably come your way.
