Makes 30
12 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 oz artificial sweetener
1/4 cup brewed coffee , cold
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup low fat whipped topping, frozen
30 mini phyllo tart shells
1 Combine the cream cheese spread, sweetener, coffee and vanilla in a medium bowl and mix.
2 Refrigerate for two hours.
3 Fold in frozen whipped topping.
4 Fill tratlets with mixture.
Less than 10 calories per serving, less than 1 gram of carbs!
