Petals fall from the original
Dependable crux of faith
A jingle jangle morning
Experience lends spatial display
Unique beautiful patchwork
Every path has solitaire
Were, here with hopes forever
Winds circulate loving care
Beauty feed us warming rays of sun
Seconds, minutes, hours, days
Writing facts down in a log
Cold drink from the refrigerator
Small moments, a sprig of thyme
Off to the actuary
Autumn and broken expectations
Gardens magical incantations
Grayish wisps smoke, burning leaf
Blue sky of hope, fulfill me
Patterns echo from each rug
Old or novice reflect different tugs
Petals fall from gentle rains next Spring

Not only are you intelligent, and very very well read, but you are a marvelous poet.
Not many can claim THAT !!!
I especially love the stanza;
"Autumn and broken expectations
Gardens magical incantations
Grayish wisps smoke, burning leaf
Blue sky of hope, fulfill me..."
Thanks for posting in Journey Into Poetry !
