Hello to all my fellow Points & Prizes members and fans. This article is just a continuation of three that I've posted here on Gather already.

I'm posting this new one just so it will load faster than the other ones. I appreciate all of the points words you all have been contributing, it's been GREAT.

For those of you who are just coming across this article and have no idea what I'm talking about, then I'll give a quick explanation. I'm talking about a website called "Points & Prizes". It's FREE, of course, I would never spend time on any points or survey program that I have to pay for. I am a stay at home mom and like to find fun things to do online to earn a few extra bucks, gift cards, and ways to save money in general.

Join for free, earn points on our partner sites, then use your points to raid our prize box for things like movie and TV show DVDs, CDs, clothes, gift cards, books, calendars, planners, beauty products, magazines and all sorts of other cool stuff! And the more you play, the more points you will earn -- and the more prizes you can get.

We have nestled point codes into our partner web sites in many different places. Here are examples of just some of the ways you might earn points: 

• Spot a Points & Prizes bonus code ad banner on one of our partner sites
• Sign up for email newsletters on one of our partner sites and look for point codes in their newsletters
• Locate a point code on one of our partner web sites (could be in an advertisement, hidden in the text of an article, etc.)
• Join in on a message board discussion and discover points posted by our P&P Coordinator
• Enter a contest
• Tell a friend about this site
• Pick up a point code in one of our partner print magazines
• Search the comments on SheKnows Photo Zone for hidden Point Words

... and there are many more ways to win! (But do note that not all of these actions will earn you points, we and our partner sites will let you know some specific ways to win. That said, sometimes there will be surprises and bonus point codes made available!)

Just take the point word you get from this or one of our partner sites, and enter it into the box on the "claim a word" page. If the word is right, your account will be credited with points! Point words have varying values -- some are worth a little, others are worth a lot.

Our prize box is our virtual store -- but instead of money, you use the free points you have earned to purchase items! At the end of each description in the prize box, you will see how many points are needed to buy that item. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Point prices include shipping within the US (including AFO/FPO) and Canada.

Points & Prizes had a "First Day of School" photo contest back in July/August, sponsored by Great Clips, and one of our own Gather members, Amy, won the top prize!!!

Then there was a Halloween photo contest where I entered a photo of my youngest son in his monkey costume and even though I didn't win, you all tried your hardest to get me some votes. THANK YOU!!!
