HOLD GOOD THOUGHTS FOR ME FOLKS... I JUST PUT A 12 POUND TURKEY IN TO COOK!!!

Been YEARS since I did this...
Stuffed it with peeled whole onions, pickled garlic, and coated it with olive oil.
so... 3-4 hours we'll see.
at worst Chaka's diet will improve which is what would have happened if I DIDN'T anyway....
Hospice supplied the turkey ad about 30 pounds of food otherwise, unasked.
