I knew of a similar publisher, Arabella, I believer that started about 3 years ago was interested in publishing Romance stories by known or previously unknown writers. At the time, I was on a site with Romance Stories; one of the members did get a story published in Arabella Magazine, sold at Borders, I believe. I have not looked into it since then.
I've bookmarked this for reference. Thank you.
(Kathryn, I believe Arabella folded after a couple of issues...which is a shame, as it was an excellent magazine.)
Christine, what a great idea. Maybe this someone will take you up on it.
The art deadlines list publishes here to gather and you can subscribe. There are also other individuals who publish info as they become aware of it.
Kathryne, you wouldn't happen to know what type of publication rights they ask for would you?
Heather, Jennifer, Cortney & Hey where's Terry: You're all welcome.:}
Doria: If someone does create a group, I'll be happy to join and pass along any info I get in the future. Usually, I get romance markets, though.;}
My best to all!
Charles: Their guidelines seemed to fit a majority of what my Gather friends publish/write, which is why I posted it here.:}
Best to all,
Kathryne

I'm trying to slowly build a database of similar stuff for artists at clio.alethe.net, though it's nearly nonexistant so far. A case of stone soup taking longer than I'd hoped to build. ;) At the moment I have a handful of non-searchable links.
And you're welcome, Talea.:}
If anyone knows anyone who might have a story they want to place in the book; please send me an e-mail and I will send them the information on the book. Or send them this link: http://www.geocities.com/trampolineone/survive3/srv601.htm
