I ponder as I sit here
Just what it is I’d do.
If I won the lottery,
A million bucks or two?
Would I buy that lovely island,
Escape the life I know.
Waking on the beach each day,
With sand between my toes?
Build a mansion in the hills,
Hidden from public view?
Buy everything off the internet,
Walk around naked as I choose?
I could buy a huge, gigantic RV
And travel around the world!
See all the many interesting things
Invented, created, natural wonders too!
After all my grandiose ideas,
There’s one that just might do.
Retire from my humdrum job
And spend more time with you..
