I feel like I cheated my members by only posting two small paragraphs in my previous POETRY PLAY ON WORDS POST, so I'm back at the drawing board, even though my posts don't count.
The MARket's CRAMped and I Have To Shop
Of course I wasn't the sMARtest of people, because I waited until mid-day to get the MARgerine I needed to bake gRAMmy MARgaret's MARshmallow fudge brownies. It wasn't bad enough I was being tRAMpled by all the last minute shoppers, but the RAMifications of standing in the checkout line put me in a terrible fRAMe of mind. I was needless to say a bit RAMbunctious to get out of there. Never will I go to STAR MARKET the day before a holiday again.
After I left the supermMARket I cRAMmed all the goodies into the trunk of gRAMpy MARk's MARoon four door sedan and headed home. I passed a MARquee that advertised FRAM oil filters and that reminded me his car needed to have the oil changed.
I stopped by MARk The Florist's on my way home and bought my sweetie pie some MARigolds to put out on the front porch. I hopped onto MARsh Road and headed back home. By the time I got the baking done and helped my gal with the MARigolds, I was ready for a MARtini.
Moral of the story - Have your superMARket strategies done well in advance of holidays or your brains will get scRAMbled.
