"At the core of all self centered thought is something called concern. Love is a gift of God as is Life, and they are different words meaning the same thing. The opposite of love is fear, and the absence of love is what death is. Concern about anything at all is what death is (for concern is fear and an absence of love).
Years ago I found that the focal point of all of my concern (self centered thought) was a self of my own construct (I as I think I am). I decided that this conceptual self is short lived (if it exists at all), and certainly not worth being concerned about. In the absence of fear I began to realize Love as the Truth of Being.
Love and gratitude, Benny "
