and I don't tolerate it. I recently posted an article that the BOOKS EDITOR declined for apparently no reason. At least, no reason he or she cares to share after being asked twice. Not only does this so called editor not list a name which is sleazy in its own right, the person does not bother to asnwer as to why my artical was blocked here.
I'm well known around the net and have agents and publicists sending me books so Gather does not mean a hill of beans to me one way or another. I joined for fun. As an editor, I always answered questions. The fact that this person does not says a lot about how things are run here.
So, I'm done. Good luck folks. And if you want to know some better sites for this sort of thing, drop me a line.
In the meantime, I will be pulling the plug on my stuff here. And do I now have a great blog topic!

Do you always throw a fit when your work is rejected?
When I submitted my award-winning memoir, "Home-Schooled In a Crack House", to the Nobel Committtee - it was CENSORED.
Don't tell me it was not eligible, after it won the Book Club Selection of the Bugger Heights Book Circle AND Best Book of 2006 by the Breezy Point Literary Society.
