Funny story

I had to share this:

   I threw out a couple of playboy magazines that my hubby had in the closet. They were in the bottom of the garbage can, not in a bag, so I knew when the can got dumped into the truck that the garbage man would see it. I made sure to be looking out the window when they emptied the can. (Hey, I have to get my fun where I can LOL)
  As soon as the can got dumped, I saw the man reach in and grab a magazine. So he had the magazine in one hand, his other hand holding onto the rail on the back of the truck, and his feet still on the ground. At least, they were still on the ground until the truck pulled off LOL. Funny thing was when he went flying, he never let go the playboy! Hahahahaha! Best laugh I had in a few days!


(Amazing how much better you can feel after a good laugh!)

Were I in your situation, I could have propped my Handycam in the window and had it timed, or the computer with my webcam on, or something. Then I would have published the video on Gather.

I would probably figure that he should have had enough self control to pay attention to his job. Just because I exercised my right to throw something away, did not mean he HAD to reach into my garbage and get it out and then ignore his job. I figure I've had enough hard times lately to enjoy a laugh when I'm able to and if someone doesn't like it they don't have to read my posts OR comment!

Good answer, Sheila!!! I thought it was funny as anything. If guys weren't so bloody predictable when it came to thinks like this (not all guys but A LOT OF THEM) this wouldn't have happened. Your joke was at the expense of the lack of self control many people have in situations like this.

If HE hadn't have picked the thing up to read it, there would have been no question about what would or would not have happened to him. Sure you set him up for a humourous situation, but it was his choice whether or not to take the bait.
