I have been saving home depot gift cards for a while to build some shelves. I have always dreamed of having wall to wall shelves and turning one room into a library. Well, I finally did it! My brother built them (which he had never done before), he did an awesome job! The pictures don't do them justice, because I can't get them all in one picture.

I can't get the whole thing in one picture, so the next 2 pics are of the completed shelves. You have to imagine them put together. He put me a magazine cubby in and a cubby for a vase of flowers or a picture frame. At the bottom of the middle sections, I have room for my tubs of scrapbooking supplies. I'm so happy! Thank you to all my friends for helping get the gift cards, and a great big THANK YOU to Gather!

My brother is the best, Elaine.
When my grandparents built their house, the plans called for a fireplace, which she didn't want. Instead, she had floor to ceiling, wall to wall oak shelves built into the wall. They were fantastic. She had all different sizes, like what you did.

Looks like your brother did a great job. They're beautiful and I'm just a little, teeny bit jealous too, since I have crates and boxes of books that would love this set up.
