With the exception of my Teddy Grahams (and I use this word lightly) review, I've not been around here particularly often of late. The school year started last month, which ushered in preschool three days a week, plus dance class. On top of that, my recently-turned-two year old decided that he's not really interested in napping. So all of that coupled with the baby sleeping less frequently during daylight hours means that I'm just not online very often. And to be honest, I was turned off by the coming end to the Cash Program here, so I've been spending what little online time I DO have over at AC writing mainly C4Cs.
But I'll say more about those in a minute.
Today we took our annual pilgrimidge to the pumpkin patch, where the young'uns ran willy nilly through the rows of brightly colored gourds. DH chose an absolutely enormous pumpkin (seriously, this thing is HUGE. It makes George Lopez's head look normal). We had to convince DS1 that it was a bad idea to *toss* the pumpkins he decided against (sigh) while DD... well, she wanted to take *all* of them home. DS2 rode around with DH and then me, and of course posed for the requisite photos, given that it was his first trip there. Or I guess I should say that he posed as much as any 3.5 month old will pose. We got our usual photo at the entrance, which has become something of a time-honored tradition for me. Four years ago I was enormously pregnant with #1 (DD), and in the photo I look like I'm trying to smuggle a pumpkin out of the patch for free. Then the next year, it was just me and DD, and then the next DD and DS1 as a baby with me... and so on. It's been a fun way to watch the family grow. Here we are now:
Right now, I'm relaxing on the couch, tired from not sleeping much over, oh, the past year or so. I continue to be very interested in my own fingernails, too, as odd as that sounds: I bought some Ulta glittery nail polish a few weeks ago... After Party is the exact shade, I believe - it's a combo of red and silver glitter that after reflecting on it for a few days, I think would be lovely for the upcoming Holidays.

I was slightly disoriented by the visual of you as an entire grown up person with children. I have grown so accustomed to you being a little girl (Re: icon) with an exceptional grasp of the english language for your age. I'm not sure how to process you, as your true self!
I seriously need a break from the net. I'm obviously losing what little is left of my mind eh?
