A few days ago I started recieving offers for articles in dollar and cents (ex. $8.36) instead of dollars (ex. $8.00) and there's no real ryhme or reason I can figure out as they are different for every article I've published lately. Interesting!
Does anyone have the scoop?

Supposedly, there is a formula that they are using to determine offers, but some people are saying that there is still plenty of room for Content Managers use make decisions. One person reported that they rejected an offer, deleted their article, and then resubmitted it in the EXACT same format (pictures, title, etc.) and they received another offer that was almost $4 higher....
