I am still taking the commit longes. I need to stop taking them. I take like 2 or 3 a day . I guess it is better then smoking a cigeratte but I need to stop these eventully. This is one of my new years goals for this year.
i am trying to cut back on my eating. My main problem is eating to much at night. I do make myself exersise from what I learned when i went to physical therapy. I am limited due to having Multiple Sclrosis. I get tired really easy and overheated. So I do the best that I can. i have been drinking diet tea before I eat. My main problem is snaking late at night I need healthier snacks.

I find it helps me to brush my teeth because when I have a clean mouth, I'm crave food less. Does that make sense? My theory is that many of us who struggle with weight have a bite...and can taste it and want more. Then, there is my best friend. She has one bite and is satisfied.
After brushing my teeth, I drink seltzer water...love the bubbles.
For healthy snacks - 94% fat free popcorn (kettle) mini bags are good. I also keep baby carrots in the house. We also make a lot of ff pudding.
