This feels like the first full week for this group so I'm setting my goals for each week starting with this one. Note that I am not including a specific amount of pounds lost. I want my goals to help me establish a routine that allows me to live abundantly without carrying around an abundant amount of weight.
1. Exercise aerobically three times this week with dancing, stationary bike, or swimming laps. Each session will be 45 minutes long.
2. Close up the kitchen three hours before bed.
3. Sleep at least six hours each night.
