The following are ten negatives that I tell myself, which hang onto my body as unhealthy weight. I will gradually purge myself of these negatives and discover the weight dissolving as well.
10. I am disorganized. Revised: I have organizational skills.
9. I am lazy. Revised: I pace my activity according to my needs.
8. I am a bad mother. Revised: I make good mothering choices.
7. I am a slacker. Revised: I set limits on accepting responsibilites.
6. My skills are useless. Revised: My attributes are deep and varied.
5. I waste time. Revised: I take my time to be accurate and complete.
4. I lack willpower. Revised: Methodically I achieve my goals.
3. I'm not smart enough. Revised: I research what I need to know.
2. Everyone else is better than me. Revised: Each person has talents, so do I.
1. I'm not worth it. Revised: I am valuable and have much to offer.
