How Are Your Resolutions Coming Along?

Whew! So glad Spring is coming. It is below zero here, and the wind chill is brutal. As far as my resolutions go, pretty good except still have not quit smoking. I have cut way down, and am so focused, I notice every cigarette I pick up, and often this makes me put it down. So I guess this is progress.. I have had several discussions with complete strangers while out, (like waiting for a prescription to be made ready) that have been productive, and have led to some great exchanges, very friendly, about a lot of social issues. Part of my be extra nice when I can, and do a good deed everyday, even if I cannot get out plan. I am remaining optimistic and upbeat about quitting, and keep thinking about the money I will save, and how great my hair will smell. I wanted to take the time to thank you. So many authors come to the site and only participate in the live chats and such. You are great to stay active. I for one appreciate that. :)

I did not make any resolutions per say. However I did learn a lot when I hosted the live chat with you that night. I think we all have goals but don't necessarily think of them as NYR

I am doing good so far. I have lost 14 lbs and my blood sugar numbers are doing much better.
