Goal #1 - Lose 10 pounds - doesn't sound like much but keep reading and you will see why
Goal #2 - Exercise more (plan already drawn up) to build my muscle mass back that I had many moon's ago.
Goal #3 - Build a 10% increase in online business from this year.
My exercise goals - about 8 years ago I had a personal trainer and was training for the Miss Fitness America Contest - now, my tummy is flabby - albeit, I now have 3 children that I didn't have before, but I am still fairly lean at 136 pounds in a size 6. I am not looking for massive weight loss, just tightening my tummy, thighs, and rear end. :-)
