My New Years Resolution for 2007

I have a lot of New Years resolutions that I need to make and carry through on. I have started a private support group to help me make them happen. On the top of the list, though is a quilting project that I started over 5 years ago. Well I actually started it in the spring or summer of 2000. The project is a wall hanging for a very dear friend. It was for no special occasion and she has no idea that I am even making it. When I moved from Montreal in 2001 it got packed away for the 2 years I lived in Newfoundland. It stayed in storage here for a few months, I took it out and put it back on the frame in January 2004 I think. I did some quilting on it ,but it had to be moved from the vestry  for a church function , and it fell down when they stood it up, so I took it off the frame and it has been off ever since .  The blocks in this project consist of a picture and then a hand print of each of child. Well, she only had 6 children then, she was carrying the 7th child at the time, and now she has a total of 8.   So this will be my first quilting project of 2007.
