I wasn't going to publish my resolution for the whole community to read. I have this fear of failure, but then again...who doesn't. I started reading other peoples articles and Jeff's resolution made me respond to his. So, I felt that I needed to share my resolution with everyohne else. So here goes....
Back in August I quit my job at a fitness gym so that I could go out on my own and train people in the town that I live in. This way I wouldn't have to drive an hour to work and then again home everyday. Since August I really haven't tried to hard to build up my clientele because I wanted to take some time off to relax and then the wedding and Christmas were upon us. Now that Christmas is gone and the wedding went off without a hitch, I have made my resolution to build my clientele up so that I can develop my reputation in this small town.
I love being a personal trainer and everything that comes with it. Helping people feel better is my number one priority. After a person starts to feel better then we work on any additional goals that they may have. I talk about not just fitness, but eating habits as well. In order for me to do what I love I must follow my resolution.
My New Year's Resolution is to build a clientele of 3 new clients a month for the rest of the year!
