I have been stricken with arthritis and have had to have a lot of surgery to replace joints and fuse some.While I have been recuperating from this I have neglected to keep exercising because of the pain.This year I resolve to be more active and try to regain some of my lost strength, range of motion and mobility that I had before.I will be very happy to be able to take a walk with my wife like we used to.I know it will be challenging but with help and understanding I will succeed.
