So many people ask what my resolution for the coming year will be. I tell them nothing. I do not like making resolutions. I am 49 years old and of all the resolutions I made, I only fulfilled one. I quit smoking. In January of 1978 I found out I was pregnant. That was when I snuffed our my last cigarette.
I do have many things that I would like to see change in the next year. One of which would be to lose weight. Many wish for this. My hope is to break the yo-yo syndrome. I already exercise at least three times a week, but I would like to increase it to at least five days. Spending more time with family members that I do not often see would be nice too.
But, if I should fail at any of my resolutions, the biggest and most important one I have is not to beat myself up for not achieving those goals.

I think that's the best one!
Good luck, and Happy New Year:)
Congratulations on your success in quitting smoking. That's quite an accomplishment!
Huggers right back!
