Thanks for the info. Now I won't have to read the paper. It's an indication of how much I'm out of the loop as I'm beginning to not even recognize names of some of the actors and actresses.

Didn't watch, but I appreciate you printing the results. I haven't seen any of the movies, but it gives me a clue as to what I want when they come out on video. I have that same problem, Wilma, with not recognizing their names. Yikes!

I watched and I was not impressed with John Stewart - how I long for the days of Bob Hope who was funny without trying to be and hardly ever controversial. I did like his bring the young lady back out to say her thanks upon winning the Oscar for best original song. That, to me, was the highlight of the show as well as the special Oscar recipient, the 98-year-old Mr. Boyle.

Only got to see about the last half. I love the dresses and the glitter and all that. I loved that they brought out the young lady to say her thank you's. This year I haven't any of the films. That kinda bums me out. Thanks for printing all the results. You are dedicated. My favorite part was when they showed the whole 79 other best films. I had seen all but about 5 of them. :o)

I saw only about the second half, too, and I haven't seen any of the films.
I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gowns worn by the ladies of the evening, and my heart was filled with joy as Mr. Boyle was honored. The history and experiences of his career are certain to be influential on others in the industry. Bravo!

I loved both Michael Clayton and No Country for Old Men. My husband made me go watch No Country for Old Men and even though it is extremely bloody it was good. Tommy Lee Jones was excellent as well as the guy who won best supporting actor.

My favorite part of the Oscars is the red carpet. All the women wore beautiful dresses and they were much more conservative this year.

I never got a chance to see No Country for Old Men, I want to see it so bad! The Bourne Ultimatum was an awesome movie as well and im glad it won some of the awards.

I'm glad it won. I don't see many movies. But I liked No Country for Old Men so much, I paid to see twice. I don't know how they decide actor vs. supporting actor and all that, but Javier Bardem was the face of the movie. I'm not sure how they consider him "supporting". Either way, I'm glad he got an award as well. He was amazing.

So glad to see the my picks for Best Actor and Actress won......they were both unbelievably good performances. American actors and actresses..take note. These two are real artists, not just entertainers.

I don't know that I thought the picture should be "Best Picture" I found I was disappointed in the ending - it just ended so abruptly. Storyline was good though

Thanks for posting the list. Saw No Country for Old Men, Michael Clayton & La Vie en Rose, all great movies. Was surprised that Marion Cotillard won the actress award but she did play a brilliant part.
Still to see Juno & There will be Blood - can't wait.

Thanks for posting the list. I didn't see the Oscars, and I only saw one of the films listed (Sweeney Todd). I will make an effort to see No Country for Old Men because it won the award. I only go to see films now and then; I want to know that I'm spending my money on something worth watching when I do go.
