My daughter is two and she likes going into the fridge to get her own cup to drink.
So I lined them up on the bottom shelf in the fridge for her to get. Tonight she came to me crying and telling me she did not want to go to the fridge no more because there was a monster there.
I thought she wanted some attention so I held her tight and I thought she was making up the monster thing. I then decided to take her and show her there was no monster there.
When I went I saw something scratch behind the fridge. It was a big nasty Possum with long nails. It must have come in through my back window which I had open for air today. I should have put up the storm window and screen.
I put my baby girl and my son in my bedroom and locked the door. and I got a broom and tried to run the possum out. It would not go out my back door. It had those nasty eyes and tried to attack me. It chased me into the living room and I opened up my front door and let it chase me outside. I then ran fast ahead and circled around and back insside and shut my door fast.
From now on, when my baby girl, Claire, tells me she sees something. I am going to trust her.

Ceena, no wash and set?
Funny you were chased by the ugly little possum though!
Mikey C. , the young guy who used to work at Chilis, who now works over at the Jewel.
I saw him on tuesday. He told me that he needed to learn how to do certain home repairs because he is training to get a job for a contractor who does work for CEDA.
He offered me to come by my house and fix some things just for the experience, He did not charge me. My storm window fell off with the ice storm and he did a good job fixing it. He asked me if I knew anybody else. So I think if you are too busy to get to fixing that window or other stuff. It's a good chance to let him help you to get the experience.
TTYL.
I hate those things.
Glad you were able to get it out of your house.
i had one get in my home twice in the past two months....i went for the CAMERA before i chased him out,lol....and got a good story with pics.....I did not scream, but my tenant did......he screamed so loud when he awoke and heard that the possum was in his bathroom that he woke a neighbor up!!! and this tenant is a 6ft.2in. fella,lol....
On Christmas day Sandy, our new dog, took off on me when I opened the kitchen door to let her out to do her business. There was one of those nasty things poking around our patio and Sandy chased it around and almost ran it into the house.
Did anyone happen to have a camera handy for a few amusing shots?
