Can you hear the hush as the fairies play

under the white toadstool all day

Can you see the happy brownies doze

as the mushroom blooms like a rose

Can you sense the little tiny elf

sitting upon this fungus shelf?

(the process of life ...even for a fungus, is amazing.  Three days of the same mushroom)

Wow, the same mushroom in all three photos? Looks completely different in each one. The last one looks like a portobello mushroom. Wow. Nature is amazing. I love looking at mushrooms in the forest - I take pictures every time I see one.
