I have been doing some research on image protection, and I finally found something that I can afford!
http://www.protectmyimage.com/
The first 5 images are free. No obligation. Then you can buy extra images as needed. You can get 5 protection points for $5.00 ($1.00 per picture), 25 protection points for $18.00 (72 cents per picture), and 100 protection points for $50.00 (5cents per picture).
If someone steals your photo, you will be notified. They also give tips on other ways to protect your images.
Now here's the catch. The photo cannot be larger than 2mb. That is the only catch that I've found. There's not a huge amount of money that you have to put out upfront, and you can select as few as 5 or as many as 100 images to protect.
Try them out. The first 5 are free, no matter what!
I have decided to use the service. Maybe it will be of help to you too!

Remember the first 5 are free, no obligation. I did the first 5 for about a month before buying anything else. Anyway, this is meant to be a FYI only. I'm not trying to convince anyone. I am only trying to help. If anyone else has any suggestions, I would love to know! PLEASE!
Then there is the price, I think it is a little much and I cant see how they can check 100rd of 1000's of sites daily for others work. Good luck with this Nina.

Thanks Walker for the explanation! That is exactly what they do!
If you set your pixels low, and size the photo large, anyone that tries to copy it will get a blurry one.
"Just a question - but what does Gather do when someone uses someone else's copyrighted work and says it's their own??..."
From what I've seen and understand... Nothing.
