The Best of the BEST PHOTOS, ART, AND WRITING FOR (JANUARY) 2008

The group BEST PHOTOS, ART AND WRITING FOR 2008 is celebrating its 1^st Month Anniversary and I would like to thank all of you who joined and participated by posting your BEST WORK. The response to the group was wonderful.

Please know that Larraine A and G.T. have photos posted on other sites on the Internet. G.T won PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR on a travel site. We need to welcome new people with original content to Gather.

I am heading off to warmer and sandier places for a winter holiday and my sister Elaine M has agreed to take over the monitoring duties on this group. I am grateful for her help. If you haven't met her yet, she has amazing photos that I didn't choose today because she is my sister.
