Anybody had issues with e-rewards ?

Hello fellow friends,

Another quick question I have now is in regards to e-rewards.com - I have had my membership with them for a few years now, and finally got around to redeem for the first time. If you are also a member with them, have you ever had any issues with any redeemption from them, any prizes etc, if so I would like to hear. My first time trying to redeem wasn't exactly successfull..! I would very much appreciate any comments good or bad on them.

I'm not a member now but use to be and they're pretty good, you shouldn't have any worries.

I am a member and when I redeemed for a magazine subscription, it came and then stopped coming. And one never came. I contacted the customer service (or whatever you want to call it and they helped me out).

I have been with them for about a yr. I have redeemed 3x with a problem only the last. I was sending flowers thru ftd. The code did not work. erewards sent me a new code within 24 hrs of my emailing them of the problem.

I joined a long time ago and never used the site. I guess they have deleted my account by now.

i have had an account for several years. i redeem for credit to the upromise account i have set up for our grandkids. i've never had a problem doing so. it usually takes about 3 weeks for the transfer to show up at upromise.
I didn't know that you can redeem for credit to upromise.

yes you can. it's not the best option. you have to have $30 in e-rewards to get $5 at upromise. at the time i set it up; i was more interested in building up the upromise account.

I've redeemed for magazines and Blockbuster coupons. I've never had any problems.

No issues with redemption, I use them for magazines and blockbuster coupons only

I get $15.00 on my Borders Reward card, once a year. I will do it for the third time in January. I get my TV Guide subscription through them, and, occasionally other magazines. I always have way more points to redeem than prizes I'm interested in!

I have not cashed in with them. As a matter of fact I don't think I have been on there in quite awhile, I will have to check it out.

I've been a member there for two or three years. I always exchange my e-rewards cash for Hilton Honors points. They always transfer the points very fast.

I've been a member for a few years and have had no trouble getting magazines, Borders bucks, etc.

As Dusty mentioned, I also redeemed for hilton hotel, and I admit they did email quick and within minutes of my redeemtion which is comforting, however I might have been very naive, but I figured with the $ worth ($100 - the highest level) would be almost enough to cover for a regular room - single night..however I soon realized that when trying to book over the phone - I needed WAY more points to just book just 1 night..My disappointment was huge - I wanted to treat and surprice my family to this. I did contact erewards with this issue and now just waiting to hear from them. Just an fyi: Hilton customer service did verify the points amount in my newly opened accunt.

I always have more credit than there are prizes I'm interested in. I have gotton TV Guide for a year twice. I did not have any problems. I got some blockbuster coupons also without any prblems. Good Luck!
