Sephora online shoppers ~~~ help needed

A while back i wanted to order from Sephora.com, so i put the item in my bag and i had a coupon for a special free sample, but then i decided not to order this day.

Now i want to order, since there is a 20% coupon code out the family and friends coupon FF2009 anyways when i sign in to my account i still have the old coupon in there and i can not take it out

since there is only one coupon allowed i can not use the 20% coupon code...

also i have 100 points in my beauty bank so i could pick a big sample also... thats why i do not want to create a new account....

does anyone know how to get the old coupon out???? thanks

i emailed sephora before but have not gotten an answer, and if i call them they gonna think i am crazy....

You should be able to remove it somehow. If that doesn't work, then remove your items and start over. I hope that helps.

i tried this, but the code is still in there... i would hate to create a new account and loose my special size sample...

Delete and start over or just call them. They are super nice at Sephora and I doubt that they would think you were crazy.

Not a problem, sometimes I am surprised how long a code or freebie stays in my sephora cart. First Log out of your account, then log back in and proceed to checkout. Your items, including the old code, will still be in the cart.

When you go to checkout, it will skip the first place you can add a coupon code, and it will show with the old coupon and associated freebie in your cart and then you will reach the screen that lists your old coupon code in the cart on the bottom left side, backspace over that and type in your new code (the same page you add your credit card information and any gift certificates you might have) The discount shows up on the last screen before confirmation.

No problem BBB - I understand a Sephora emergency! I miss the days years ago when they gave away free $25 gift certificates about once a quarter - way back in 2000 - 2001 timing. SIGH. So what did you get at Sephora!

Anyways, I think I read on one of the beauty blogs that it went for the week, but I know on the 19th that FF2009 it is definitely still valid. I am thinking about getting a Clarisonic Mia with the discount - and the Sephora Blockbuster looks pretty good - it is $38.40 after the coupon code.

i just tried the code, but it says "the code you entered is not valid yet" so i am not sure when it starts??? but i got that other coupon out of my card...
I am just getting the limited edition sparkling eyeliner and some OPI nailpolish since i ran out of mine...
oh boy i wonder when that coupon will start
