10 minute Phoneinterview 50$ ~~~ see if you qualify

Dear Respondent,

Schlesinger Associates is conducting a telephone study on WET AMD (Age related Macular Degeneration). If you have been diagnosed by a physician as having this eye condition and you have not particpated in a similar study with us within the past 6 months, Please give us a call to see if you qualify.
When you call we will ask you some brief questions to see if you qualify to particpate. If you do qualify, we will schedule a date and time for you to particpate in the 10 minute telephone interview.
You will be compensated $50 for the completion of the 10 minute interview.
