I like to participate in a lot of different programs online that give me gift cards or cash. I use these things to supplement our income since I'm a stay at home mom and my husband is currently in an apprenticeship program so he's not earning as much as he will be when he's done with the program.

I've written a few different articles during my time on Gather about different programs, talking about how much I've earned there and if I think it's worth it to spend time there.

Today I'm going to talk about a new one I signed up for called Web Rides TV. This one is catered towards car lovers. and it has a lot of original auto media. They shoot the footage, design the graphics and try to post informative content that's not boring.

You can earn 250 points a day and it's VERY easy and quick to earn those points. I have been earning mine by clicking on the videos, and it takes me about 2-3 minutes to max out. You can have 2 accounts per household.

I noticed today that they increased the amount of points it takes to earn the prize I was shooting for, which is a $50 Amazon gift card. It used to take 5900 points, which would have taken 24 days, but now you need 7650 points to get that card. It will now take 31 days to earn a $50 Amazon gift card.

You can also get things like hot wheels packs, shirts, hats, video games, hardware, WebRidesTV apparel, cameras, a Tom Tom navigation unit, helmets, camcorders, a racing school, an iPhone, Playstation 3, amps, stereos, gift certificates to various car related stores, radar detectors, a Nintendo Wii... like I said, there's lots of stuff.

There used to be a program where your referrals would earn you points, but they have discontinued that for now. I am not writing this article to get a referral credit, because I won't get one if you sign up. I am providing a review of a legitimate website that allows you to earn items for FREE online in your spare time.

Dan - you're a hand soaker too? ;O) I totally understand why you'd decline... sometimes it's hard for me to keep up with everything too. My Texas girlfriend, Krissy, sent me an awesome detoxifying soak though that really does the trick when I've been Gathering, Boometowning, webridesing, mypointsing, inboxdollarsing, sendearningsing, surveytaking and greenbackstreeting too much!

It's really easy to get the daily max of points by looking at the videos, but.... a lot of them have curvy girls who aren't wearing much.... - just an fyi in case that would offend some of you...

I think it is wonderful you share this information. However, my interests are solely on writing and music. The only reason I care about points on Gather is to give my wife gift cards. I've never used anything for myself, nor have any such intentions. I'm not rich and could care less about making money. My wealth is being able to do what I love, which is to write and play guitar. I'm only commenting to give you points.
