I'd like to talk to you about GPT sites today. GPT (get paid to), whenever you say this people seen to jump to conclusions by automatically thinking you have to pay money to get money. Well, this is true but it's also NOT true and this is what people don't seem to understand. If you read about ever-social site, forums anywhere people can post you will run across "I don't do these because you have to pay to get money."
Well just STOP!
Yes, you can sign up with any GPT site on the Internet, click on the sites link for free stuff but this is where people think "YES I'M GETTING FREE STUFF!" and you really are getting free stuff. You're not paying for the item like going to the store and buying it there. You're just paying for shipping of that item, which is cheaper than buying the item out right.
Now for the really FREE stuff on GPT sites. This is where you have to click on "FREE OFFERS" see the difference? FREE STUFF – FREE OFFERS
Many of the GPT sites list their free offers as 100% FREE but you still have to check this because 99% of the time all FREE OFFERS are FREE but they will throw some in there that want you to pay a $1 here or a $1 there. If you click on the offer you will be told right up front so they're not hiding anything; the advertising companies want customers to like their products and come back again and again.
GPT sites also have offers that require a credit card like subscriptions for companies' items you receive every month. I can tell you I have never used my credit card for an offer, which is just my choice. If you do choose to use your credit card for an offer on a GPT site then make sure the item is what you want. Usually you can get a free 30-day trial to make up your mind. The company wants you to be happy but if you change your mind remember to cancel before the 30 days expire or you will incur charges on your credit card.
See, it's just that simple. Remember: FREE STUFF or FREE OFFERS

Techncially, the GPT sites generally have free "offers", where you sign up for newsletters, click links, or fill out surveys.
The problem is, most of the stuff requires you give an email address, phone number, and home address.
Essentially what you are doing, is selling your contact info to telemarkters that hide behind "Free Xbox 360's!"
Eh, I do some GPT stuff at Treasure Trooper, but for the most part, I rely on earning gift cards here, and at Netwinner and Boomertowne.
