Do you remember "Mad Libs"? That silly game of "fill-in-the-blank" that you played in the back seat of your dad's car when you guys went on a long trip? You'd ask for nouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, pronouns, etc., to fill in the blanks and then one of you would go back and read the whole story with the added words. And then you'd spend the next 10 minutes giggling until your either cried or peed, or both, and started another story after that?
Mad Libs' first "sighting" was in 1953 in a New York City apartment while a writer by the name of Leonard Stern was working on a Jackie Gleason Honeymooners script. He was struggling with the right adjective to describe the nose of Ralph Kramden's new boss. He co-writer, Roger Price (termed his fellow word-aholic and most original thinker he ever) showed up.
In their effort to come up with a description for said person's nose, Roger asked Leonard if he wanted help. Leonard said, "I need an adjective that--," and before he could further define his need, Roger said, "Clumsy and naked." Laughing commenced. At that point, Ralph Kramden now had a boss with a clumsy nose or, if you will, a naked nose.

Well, I'd like to play a different version of Mad Libs that I'm going to call the Mad Lib Song Game. The video I included here gives a similar example of how I want this to go. The rules are simple.
1. The first part of your comment will be a) the title of a song or b) a single verse or lyric of a song. It should not be an entire song or stanza.
2. The second part of your comment will be a question that you want the next person to answer with a) the title of a song or b) a single verse or lyric of a song.
3. The second person will answer the question with a) the title of a song or b) a single line or lyric of a song. Then that second person will add another question to create a story line for the third person.
4. You can add a few words to lead into the verse so it makes sense and likewise you can eliminate a word or two from the beginning or the end of the verse.
5. If someone's response shows up before yours, that's ok, just keep moving and the next person can indicate who's comment they are responding to as ~George~ or ~Ted~ and then their own song and question.
6. HAVE FUN that is the purpose of this game.
So I will start with a story that ends with a question:
A state trooper is driving down the highway when he sees a truck driver pull over, walk to the side of his truck with a tire jack, bang on the side of the truck several times, and then drive away. Two miles down the road he does the same thing. Another two miles, same thing. The trooper pulls the truck over and asks the truck driver, "What in the world are you doing?!?"

So watcha' gonna' do?
I'll try my best to get you hooked
What's it to you?
Out there is a fortune waitin' to be had
You think I'll let it go you're mad
You've got another thing comin'
Where's my money?
Where'd you get all that money anyway?
Know when to walk away, know when to run
You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table.
There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealin's done
Why, you know a better way?
For your set of keys to heaven.
Make the checks out in my name,
Me or God it's all the same.
Bring your crippled ass to me,
Pay my usher the holy fee.
How much money do you make?
How much will you let me take?
Mine all, mine all
Mine all, mine
It's mine all mine
It's mine all mine
Yeah, it's mine all mine
All mine, all mine
All mine, all mine
I'm so sorry. Did that make you sad?
It's just as simple as that.
Well, it's just a simple fact.
Why don't you just get over it?
Ive been up and down for you
But I just cant get any relief
Ive swallowed my pride for you
Ive lived and lied for you
But you still make me feel like a thief
You got me stealin your love away
cause you never give it
Peeling the years away
And we cant relive it
I make you laugh
And you make me cry
I believe its time for me to fly
Will you miss me when I'm gone?
I will survive-!!
weren't you the one who tried to hurt me with goodbye?
Do you really want to make me cry
Precious kisses
Words that burn me
Lovers never ask you why
In my heart the fires burning
Choose my colour
Find a star
Precious people always tell me
That's a step
A step too far
Do you really want to hurt me
Do you really want to make me cry
Do you really want to hurt me
Do you really want to make me cry
But you're the one who tried to make me cry. You took my money and ran. And you broke my heart. I think it's time you hit the road, Jack. I don't want you to come back no more, no more, no more, nor more. Ya hear?????
You keep on talking baby drive me out of my mind
You talk too much
Who loaned you money homie, who owes you cash?
Who taught you how to use the bong for the grass?
When I read the news that it brought me, t made me sad sad sad.
But I still love you so, I can't let you go
I love you- ooh baby I love you.
Oh oh oh oh oh oh
Every breath I take oh oh oh oh oh
Every move I make oh oh oh oh oh
Baby please don't go.
Hey, girl, stop what you're doin'!
Hey, girl, you'll drive me to ruin.
I don't know what it is that I like about you, but I like it a lot.
Won't let me hold you, Let me feel your lovin' charms?
I'm a child I'm a mother
I'm a sinner I'm a saint
I do not feel ashamed
I'm your hell I'm your dream
I'm nothing in between
you know you wouldn't want it any other way
Isn't there some kind of pill you can take for that?
You come together when you let yourself go
Hey, listen to what we're not saying
Let's play, a different game than what we're playing
Try, to look at me and really see my heart
Do you expect me to believe I'm gonna let us fall apart?
