My Public Announcement!!!!! :)

I DID IT IM SO EXCITED!!! I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!

You know how I gave my heart to God several months ago...well not many people in the church knew....except my youth leader an I recently told the Pastor.

Well just Yesterday the 10th of June.....before Church I asked to talk to the Pastor an I told him how God seemed to lay a burden upon my heart to go up to the alter an to get baptized....an he said that was great an that I should, an he said he thought that I was thinking about getting baptized an that when I was ready an came up to the alter he would introduce me publicly as a canidate to Baptism. So then we prayed an I went to go sit down for church.

Well finally the Pastor got to the end of his sermon.....an he called for the invitation an the song I love that song "Only trust Him" (an what was funny was that song had been stuck in my head all week). Well as the were singing I got out of the pew I was sitting in an walked up the aisle....an my youth leader was up their singing the hymnal, an I had told her also what I thought God wanted me to do, an so when she saw me walking up she smiled...because I wasnt looking down at my feet I wasnt looking at the expressions on people's faces I was looking to God.

An so when I got up the aisle the pastor asked me if I knew what I had done...an I said yes, an then he grabbed my hand an we prayed, an then he had them stop singing. An He told everywhere that I had gotten saved one night last fall an now I wanted to get baptized. An He told everyone in the church if they agreed with my choice to say "AMEN" an I know everyone in that church all said AMEN really loud!!!! An He told them if they wanted to they could come up an give me a big hug an welcome me in.

An the first person came from behind me....an I was liked so shocked when i felt this person turn me around an gave me the WORLDS BIGGEST HUG!!! my youth leader Kristen. An Then the second youth leader was next....an Kristens kids....an then everyone else in that church came up to give me a hug an they all said really nice things.

An then one person who snuck out the back before he came up to give me a hug....so i went to the back of the church, an his wife Kristen said he was in the bathroom so i waited until he came out an I asked him "are you hiding from me" an he said "no" an then I go "well then give me a hug".
An So he came over to me an gave me this really BIG HUG!!! an it was just great.

(i wish I had pictures to show you of my family...o I might have a few!!! but ill post them in another article, ok!!)
